1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in Kenya to use JabaGraba.
2. Your account
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at help@jabagrabba.com.
3. Ordering JabaJuice
Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order due to stock, delivery constraints or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
We accept M-Pesa and cards through licensed payment processors. You authorise us (or our processor) to charge the amount shown at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. See our Delivery Policy for coverage areas, fees and rider conduct.
6. Cancellations and refunds

7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse JabaGraba. See our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach it.
8. Promotions
Promo codes and free-delivery offers are subject to specific terms shown at the time of the offer. One code per order unless stated.
9. Intellectual property
The JabaGraba name, logo, wordmarks (JabaGraba, JabaGraba Partners, JabaGraba Riders) and content are owned by MintGen Labs & Infusion Jaba. You may not use them without written permission.
10. Disclaimers
JabaGraba is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. JabaJuice is a food product — consume responsibly and check labels for allergens.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of JabaGraba is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Kenya. You may also raise consumer complaints with the Competition Authority of Kenya.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
