1. You must not
- Break Kenyan law or facilitate anyone else doing so.
- Attempt to defraud us, other customers, partner stores or riders.
- Harass, threaten or discriminate against riders, partner staff or support agents.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's security.
- Use multiple accounts to abuse promotions.
- Impersonate someone else, including a rider or JabaGraba staff.
2. Partner stores must additionally
- Store and prepare JabaJuice in line with food-safety standards.
- Keep menu, stock and pricing accurate.
- Not solicit customers off-platform to avoid platform fees.
3. Riders must additionally
- Hold valid motorbike / bicycle documents and insurance where required by law.
- Handle JabaJuice hygienically and keep the delivery bag clean.
- Not consume, tamper with or resell orders.
4. Enforcement
We may warn, suspend or permanently terminate accounts that breach this policy, and report serious breaches to the authorities.
