1. Coverage areas
We currently deliver in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu, with more towns being added regularly. The app will show whether we deliver to your address at checkout.
2. Delivery windows
Most orders arrive within 30–60 minutes of confirmation. Peak times, weather and traffic can extend this. You can track your rider live in the app.
3. Delivery fees
Fees are calculated based on distance and shown before you pay. First orders may qualify for free delivery — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
4. Being available for delivery
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address, the phone number is reachable, and building access is possible. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned and a re-delivery fee may apply.
5. Age-restricted items
If your order includes any age-restricted product, the rider may ask for ID on delivery.
6. Rider conduct
Our riders are expected to be respectful, hygienic and to handle JabaJuice carefully. Report any concerns via the rating screen after delivery or to help@jabagrabba.com.
