1. Delete from inside the app
- Open the JabaGraba customer app.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
2. Delete by email
If you can't access the app, email help@jabagrabba.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We may ask one verification question to confirm it's you.
3. What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, phone, email, password hash, delivery addresses).
- Your saved payment tokens.
- Your ratings, notes and support messages.
- Marketing preferences.
4. What we keep, and why
We must keep some information to meet Kenyan tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations:
- Anonymised or pseudonymised order records for up to 7 years.
- Records required by KRA and the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
- Records needed to defend legal claims.
5. How long it takes
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. We'll email you when it's done.
6. Effect of deletion
Deletion is permanent. You'll lose access to order history, promo credits and any saved preferences. You're welcome to create a new account any time.
