1. Cancelling an order
You may cancel a pending order in the app free of charge before the partner store starts preparing it. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible or a partial charge may apply.
2. Something wrong with your order?
Contact support within 24 hours of delivery at help@jabagrabba.com or through the in-app help. Please include your order number and (where possible) a photo.
3. When we refund
- Wrong item delivered.
- Item missing from your order.
- JabaJuice quality issue (spoiled, damaged, contaminated).
- Undelivered order due to our fault.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to your original payment method — M-Pesa reversals typically settle within 1–3 business days, card refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Non-refundable
Delivery fees are not refundable once the rider has been dispatched, except where the fault is ours. Promo credits stay as credits.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
